Player ProtectionThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phjoint ("phjoint," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjoint online gaming platform available at phjoint.app, including all associated services, games, promotions, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

phjoint reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including at the point of withdrawal or in response to suspicious account activity. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth card, PRC professional regulation card, and Voter's ID.
To use the phjoint Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Required information includes: your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the phjoint Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether by the same individual or at the same residential address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phjoint reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void all pending and settled bets placed through duplicate accounts, and forfeit any remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoint login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login details with any other person. phjoint will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact phjoint support immediately via live chat.
phjoint is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and applicable PAGCOR circulars. Accordingly, phjoint may require you to complete identity verification procedures at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phjoint may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.
All deposits to your phjoint account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through one of the following accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to additional due-diligence checks.
Deposits are for gaming purposes only. phjoint does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties, and you may not deposit using a payment method registered in another person's name. Where a mismatch between the account holder and the payment instrument is identified, phjoint reserves the right to reverse the deposit and return funds to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing fees.
phjoint is not responsible for delays caused by the processing systems of third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks. Deposit-related queries should be directed to the phjoint support team via live chat.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time through the phjoint account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever practicable.
Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days subject to the receiving bank's settlement schedule.
phjoint reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence reviews before processing withdrawals that exceed ₱50,000 or that are inconsistent with a player's historical deposit and wagering patterns. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification. The player will be notified via their registered email or mobile number.
Withdrawal requests relating to promotional bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.

Bet settlement decisions made by phjoint are final. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting the outcome of a game round, phjoint reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. phjoint is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including failures of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications infrastructure.
phjoint uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in controlled studio environments and are subject to independent oversight.
In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is prohibited on the phjoint Platform:
Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including both real-money and bonus funds), and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
All content on the phjoint Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual content — is the property of phjoint or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phjoint Platform without prior written consent from phjoint. The phjoint name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used without express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, phjoint, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GAMING OPPORTUNITIES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF phjoint HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
phjoint's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
phjoint is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following player-controlled tools accessible through your phjoint account settings:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. phjoint operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine statutes including Republic Act No. 9487 (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Charter) as amended.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjoint Platform, you should first contact phjoint's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts.
phjoint reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, deposit/withdrawal rules, or prohibited conduct provisions — phjoint will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the phjoint Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
